Product Availability

All items displayed on this website are subject to availability. If any product ordered is out of stock we will notify you within 3 working days of your order being received. We will advise you of the likely delay, and keep you fully informed of the estimated delivery date.

Website Accuracy

Our website design team work hard to ensure that our site is always accurate through continual updates. However, due to the rapidly changing nature of the IT products industry we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information supplied, especially with IT products specifications, prices and special offers, which may change without notice to us. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, or from unauthorised users altering the content of our website, Talfield Technologies Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such products.

Pricing

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of GST.

Shipping

Shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $19.95 (inc GST) per order. Shipping is calculated prior to payment and will appear on your email order confirmation as a separate charge.

Orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 5-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Talfield Technologies Pty Ltd ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us on +61 3 9236 0757 to enquire about orders to destinations outside of Australia.

Customer Service Policy

Talfield Technologies Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2-5 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Order Confirmation

Shortly after your order is placed a member of the Customer Services Team may call to confirm your order details and delivery information. We do this to ensure the customer intended to place the order, which protects both them and us from any potential fraudulent activity. This being especially so when the order is being paid for by a Credit Card. We hope that this adds confidence to your online shopping experience.

Credit Card payments will only be processed when your goods are ready to be dispatched. A small surcharge may apply to purchases made with credit card. The following table gives a list of cards and associated surcharge:

Security & Fraud Prevention

At the time of placing an order with us we will log your IP address and time of order. Should we be exposed to any potential fraudulent or criminal acts then this data will be passed on to the relevant authorities for further investigation. At Talfield Technologies Pty Ltd we treat our, and our customer's, security and privacy with the utmost respect and will use the full extent of the law to protect this.

We may conduct a White Pages or Telstra check on the cardholder to verify name, telephone number and address for orders placed with a Credit Card. We may also ask for further identification should we not be able to find a White Pages match, and reserve the right to cancel an order if we feel it may in any way be fraudulent.

When purchasing from Talfield Technologies Pty Ltd your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Refunds

We do not normally offer refunds if you make a wrong choice, or just don't like the product. Please choose carefully before you buy - you may even want to visit another store in a shopping centre, etc. to see a working model of the product before you buy.

Should Talfield Technologies Pty Ltd offer a refund these can take up to a maximum of 30 days to be processed, and no postage, shipping and packaging charges will be refunded on any returned goods. All refunds / returns may also be liable for a re-stocking fee of $35.

Change of mind refund: For any reason purchaser has a change of mind, the product may be returned. Unopened in original packaging within 7 days of purchase for a full refund minus the packing, postage or shipping charges. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all "Change of Mind" returns on top of re-stocking fees of $35.00.

Wherever purchases are made with credit card, any such refund will made by crediting the purchase amount minus shipping and packing costs and any other restocking fees. The credit made in such cases will be made to the credit card used for the purchase.

It is important to retain the original invoice and receipt and produce them whenever refund is claimed.

Product Warranty

All products sold by Talfield Technologies Pty Ltd are covered by Warranty. The Warranty is valid from the date of invoice for 12 months on new stock (excludes models which have a 24 month Manufacturer’s Warranty.), or 6 months on accessories and consumables have a

If you receive a faulty or DOA (Dead On Arrival) product on delivery, Talfield Technologies Pty Ltd will replace the product under the Manufacturers' ELF (Early Life Failure) policy. You must return the handset in box with all original accessories, at your cost, to us and include a copy of the Tax Invoice stating the nature of the fault. A replacement will be forwarded to you as soon as a phone is available.*

If the productt develops a fault within the Manufacturers' ELF period, same rules as above will apply.*

If the handset becomes faulty outside the ELF period, but within the said Warranty period, you will need to return the product to the Talfield Technologies Pty Ltd’s delivery centre at the purchases cost.

The product box, manual, invoice and anything else included in the phone package will be required for warranty returns. Please do not throw anything away.

* All faulty returns will be inspected by our technical staff for Liquid or Physical damage before any replacement or refund can be given.
