Talfield Technologies Pty Ltd was started by highly innovative engineers in 1991. Initially Talfield was providing IT related products and services to small to medium sized businesses. Australia was going through serious economic turbulence and hence businesses wanted to cut down costs.
Talfield was one of the first companies in Australia to introduce INTERNET SHARING MODEM. This clever device connected an entire office to internet through one or two modems to internet thus reducing internet access costs and maintenance and upkeep costs.
Talfield has been working on several innovative solutions since then. Out of the various solutions, we have focussed on speech recognition solution and free hand writing facility.
We have found a good solution in Digital Notetaker
developed by Pegasus Technology. With this
technology, it is possible to take free hand notes while being away from PC. This device is very usefully for teachers, students, architects, council workers, collaboration workers, web conferencing etc. The list is endless.
When the device is connected to PC, a writing pad
application pops up enabling presenters to display
freehand drawings, equations and complex
multilingual displays directly on the projector.
Talfield is always in search of new ideas and solutions.
